RECEPTION

Our receptionists, Rita and Chris, are available Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 12.30pm & 2.00pm - 5.00pm, to make appointments and offer advice on the various therapies.

APPOINTMENTS

Appointment times vary between the therapies from half an hour to an hour and a half. The regularity and number of sessions will also vary greatly with the different treatments depending as it does on a number of individual factors e.g. the severity and duration of the complaint, your age, overall state of health etc.

Your practitioner will be able to give you an approximation following the initial session. This first session is generally longer to enable a full assessment to be made. It is wise to inform your practitioner of any prescribed drugs that you may be taking or any other treatments that you are receiving.

FEES

Again these vary between the therapies. Please ask the receptionist for details.

CANCELLATIONS

The clinic has a policy of requiring at least 48 hours notice of cancellation. A fee may be charged in the case of insufficient notice.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are available for whatever sum you require for most therapies. Enquire with reception or any therapist.

CAR PARKING

There is a customer car park at the centre.
