Catherine has been practising counselling in Chepstow and Monmouth since 1994, when she qualified from The Psychosynthesis and Education Trust. In 2005 she gained an MA in psychosynthesis psychotherapy. She has also trained for a year with Gestalt South West and with Jill Gabriel in Couples Counselling. She is an accredited member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and a registered UKCP psychotherapist. She offers long and short term counselling and psychotherapy. She works with individuals and couples.

Married to Mark, they have a daughter and live in the lower Wye Valley.
