Mr Cram is a chiropractor, having trained in McTimoney, Activator and Access chiropractic techniques. He is a member of the McTimoney Chiropractic Association.

Five is also a Craniosacral Therapist, treating babies, children and adults with this remarkable modality. He is registered with the Craniosacral Therapy Association, and is a member of the Marches Cranial Practitioners Group.

He also uses Bowen Technique, a non-manipulative therapy, for which he is licensed by the Bowen Therapy Association of Australia (from where the technique originated). He has been in practice in Monmouth and Abergavenny since 1996.
