Mrs Cram is a chiropractor and craniosacral therapist, having trained in McTimoney and Access chiropractic techniques, and Craniosacral therapy (with Thomas Atlee). She is a member of the McTimoney Chiropractic Association, and is a registered craniosacral therapist. She also uses Bowen Technique, a non-manipulative therapy, and is licensed by the Bowen Therapy Association of Australia (from where the technique originated). She has been in practice in Monmouth and Abergavenny since 1996.
