During the nineteen eighties Paul's interest in universal energy (Chi) began with the practice and teaching of a traditional Chinese marital art, which incorporates a healing system. Reiki is also a natural healing energy and works on every level of our being not just the physical. Paul holds a Master/Teacher certificate in Reiki, is a Practitioner in Crystal Therapy and has completed a counselling skills course to level two.

Paul is a member of CMAW (Complimentary Medicine Association of Wales), BCMA (British Complementary Medicine Association) and the UK Reiki Federation.
