Rae has a background in holistic massage and went on to study Core Synchronism in 2002 and again in 2007. She has completed Levels I-III. Rae trains at the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics in Albuquerque, New Mexico with Dr. Robert Stevens N.D, L.M.T, the director of the school for over 30 years and the founder and developer of Core Synchronism. She is one of 2 therapists practising this therapy in the UK.
